Founded recently in 2006, Merrimack Thai is a subsidiary of Merrimack Stone Industries located in Merrimack, NH.  In order to assist our final customer and provide a one stop supply and install source for an increasing range of construction products, it was inevitable that we would have a permanent presence in Asia. Why Thailand?
   
  Three of the many reasons:
   
  • One, because of Thailand’s well known tradition of exceptional craftsmanship and quality in precision products for the entire construction industry.  The reliable quality of Thai manufacturing along with its growing economy is well represented by its leading stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum manufacturing production facilities scattered around the country, responsible for producing material for the largest projects in Asia.  For this reason, our pre-assembly facility is located close to this network of well-established factories around the Bangkok greater metropolitan area, where we can combine the highest quality stainless and aluminum products with our new and revolutionary cladding system for commercial projects.

  • Two, because Thailand is nestled between 2 main sources of beautiful and affordable stone:  India and China, making it easy and cost effective to import and assemble  semi finished products together with superior quality stainless and aluminum structures.

  • Three, because for the past 20 years, Merrimack Stone Industries has had the privilege of employing a large number of skilled Thai stone setters in many of the projects in the United States as well as overseas.  Thailand has been the key supplier of some of the most skilled and talented exterior and interior stone installers in the world for some of the biggest construction companies around.  Our employees have been involved in the installation of some of the most complex commercial projects in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United States, and have been a true asset we have always been able to count on.  

It only came natural that a combination of a strategically located assembling facility in the heart of Thailand’s manufacturing area, along with a group of highly skilled and experienced installers, would lead to an outstanding range of products at competitive prices, custom made for any commercial project in the United States.  Our growing team is composed of skilled traditional stone installers, trained pre-clad system manufacturers and installers, and a large group of highly specialized stainless steel and aluminum welders and installers.
